Packing Information

All magazines are shipped with protective cardboard to prevent bending or folding in transit.
All DVDs are shipped with bubblewrap and cardboard.
Because their weight is much lower than magazines, DVDs are assigned half the shipping cost of a magazine.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We no longer have the option to ship magazines via USPS First Class Mail International to any country.

All of our orders are packed with cardboard to prevent any kind of damage in transit. The postal service has determined that these items do not qualify for First Class Mail International because they are rigid and cannot be bent.

So, even an envelope that contains just one magazine with cardboard on either side no longer qualifies for First Class mail rates. They must be shipped via USPS First Class Package International which is substantially more expensive.

At this time we are updating all shipping information with the current pricing guidelines provided by the United States Postal Service.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Stripe Payments - all major credit or debit cards accepted

• PayPal - all major credit cards, eChecks and PayPal transfers accepted - a PayPal account is not required

• United States Postal Service Money Orders or Cash - orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received

*If using the Money Order or Cash payment method, payment must be received within 7 days or the order will be cancelled and the buyer may be restricted from making future purchases.

How do I send a payment from my bank account using PayPal?
If you don't have a credit card or would simply prefer not to use one, you can make your purchase at our website using PayPal as your payment method and choosing to pay via eCheck.

eCheck is a cash transfer from your bank account. You authorize PayPal to capture the funds from your account and send them to Soap Opera World. This process usually takes around 3-4 days to complete. PayPal will notify you and our website when your payment has cleared and then your package will be shipped.

One additional advantage of using eCheck means you won't incur credit card debt, since the money comes directly out of your bank account.

When you send a payment online using PayPal, the transaction is carried out on a secure server (https) with SSL encryption technology. Your credit card and/or bank account information is never revealed to Soap Opera World, ensuring your privacy.

PayPal is always free for you to use as a buyer.

Returns Policy

Items are not returnable unless a product is damaged or defective, in which case it may be returned in exchange for a replacement item, if available, or a refund of your purchase. Buyer will pay return shipping to Soap Opera World. Damages or defects must be reported immediately. Claims made 14 days or more following invoice date will not be honored.
